Gracie & Gruff has distinguished itself as a premier destination for toys and books for children of all ages.  We would like the opportunity to thank all of our Customers and friends who have made this possible by inviting you to join "The Gracie & Gruff Inner Circle".

The Gracie & Gruff Inner Circle provides our members with several benefits:

• A $15 Gift Card mailed directly to you for every $300 (before tax) spent in our stores
• A more liberal return policy of 60 days to return items versus our normal 30 day return policy
• A purchase tracking system that allows our consumers to return items they have purchased through the program without a receipt and receive credit in the original form of payment
• Access to the latest news, contests and special offers in our stores before anybody else through our e-mail newsletters
• An easy to use program with no cards to carry and no forms to fill out.  On your next visit to either Gracie & Gruff just mention you want to be part of the "Inner Circle" and we will take care of the rest.  On subsequent visits to our stores just mention you are an "Inner Circle" member and your purchases will count towards your rewards.

Terms & Conditions

• For every $300 spent (before tax) a $15 gift card will be mailed to the consumer.  Gift Cards are subject to the Gracie & Gruff Gift Card policy and will not expire.
• There is no expiry or time limitation on the accumulation towards receiving gift cards.
• Gift Cards cannot be rewarded at the time of the transaction but will be mailed to the "Inner Circle" member within thirty days of reaching the reward level.
• Consumers must enrol in the program to receive program benefits.
• The consumer must identify themselves as an “Inner Circle”  member at the time of transaction to receive the gift card benefit.
• Direct family members may be added to an individual membership to count towards the reward levels.  Direct family members are defined as any relative living at the same address as the 'Inner Circle" member.
• The “Inner Circle” is available to personal in-store shopping only.
• We reserve the right to change “Inner Circle”  policy at any time.
• Personal information will be protected as per the Gracie & Gruff Privacy Protection Policy.

Gift Card Policy

• Card not redeemable for cash.
• Gift Cards do not expire.
• Gift Cards are not subject to any service charges or carrying charges.
• Gracie & Gruff is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
• No refunds available.
• Use of the card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions on this card and the card carrier.

Note: Gracie & Gruff has revised its gift card policy.  Effective March 31, 2006, Gracie & Gruff gift cards do not expire 24 months after activation.  All gift cards granted both before and after this date will remain active until used by the consumer with no service or carrying charges.
